Security reports should follow security.txt. Same inbox, but that file sets the right expectations on both sides.

Please don't paste your data into an email and ask us to look at it. Your data stays on your machine. That's the point. Describe the problem instead.

Every email gets read. Replies usually land within a week. If you haven't heard back in two, send it again.
